Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will support the execution of Jungle Studio Fitness' marketing strategy across all studio locations. This role is responsible for bringing the Jungle brand to life through creative campaigns, community engagement, content creation, and marketing initiatives that drive awareness, memberships, and client retention.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, proactive, and passionate about boutique fitness and hospitality. They enjoy being both behind the computer building campaigns and in the studios capturing content, connecting with instructors, and creating an exceptional brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Marketing & Growth
Support marketing initiatives for existing and new studio locations.
Assist with studio launches, grand openings, and promotional campaigns.
Help execute seasonal marketing plans and community partnerships.
Coordinate local marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness.
Content & Social Media
Create and execute engaging social media content across Jungle's platforms.
Capture photo and video content within the studios.
Coordinate content with instructors, managers, and the marketing team.
Support campaign launches, retail promotions, events, and new offerings.
CRM & Client Communications
Assist with email and SMS marketing campaigns.
Help maintain client communication journeys and promotional campaigns.
Support audience segmentation and marketing automation initiatives.
Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Events & Community Engagement
Support the marketing, promotion, and execution of studio events, workshops, partnerships, and pop-ups.
Coordinate with local businesses, influencers, and community partners.
Assist with event lead generation and post-event marketing efforts.
Brand Experience
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual standards across all marketing channels.
Support retail marketing, in-studio campaigns, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with instructors and studio managers to create a seamless client experience.
Help maintain Jungle's elevated, hospitality-first brand identity.
Reporting & Collaboration
Track key marketing metrics and campaign performance.
Provide weekly updates on marketing initiatives, project status, and upcoming priorities.
Collaborate closely with studio leadership and the Director of Marketing to execute company initiatives.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience creating social media content and short-form video.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Passion for fitness, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and basic content editing is a plus.
