Front Desk
About the Role
Front Desk
exxir | Full-Time
---
The front desk at exxir isn't a waiting room job. It's the first impression of a brand built on intentional spaces and elevated experiences. This role sits at the intersection of hospitality and operations — where every interaction shapes how people feel about where they live, work, or stay.
Day-to-day, you own the lobby experience from open to close. You're greeting residents and guests, managing access, fielding questions, coordinating with property teams, and solving small problems before they become big ones. You move fast, stay composed, and make people feel like they matter — because they do.
exxir builds environments where people genuinely want to be. That standard extends to the team. You'll work alongside property managers, leasing professionals, and hospitality staff who take their craft seriously. Collaboration here isn't a buzzword — it's how we get things done.
Growth is real for people who show up ready. This role is a direct line into exxir's broader operations, with visibility across residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets.
