You're the first face clients see at Jungle — and that matters more than you might think. The energy you bring to the front desk sets the tone for every single class, every single day. This isn't a check-in-and-clipboard role; it's where the entire Jungle experience begins.

You'll be the person who makes first-timers feel like they belong, turns drop-ins into regulars, and keeps the studio running with warmth and precision behind the scenes. If you remember names, light up a room, and take genuine pride in the details, this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

Own the Welcome

  • Greet every client with genuine warmth and energy the moment they walk through the door.

  • Make first-timers feel comfortable, confident, and excited to come back for more.

  • Build real relationships that turn one-time visitors into committed community members.

  • Show up as a true ambassador of the Jungle brand — every shift, without exception.

Run the Floor

  • Own the check-in flow and keep the studio operating smoothly from open to close.

  • Support opening and closing procedures and hold daily operations to a high standard.

  • Keep the front desk, lobby, retail area, and studio spaces clean, polished, and guest-ready at all times.

  • Pick up studio booking software and systems quickly and use them with confidence.

Serve the Community

  • Answer client questions on memberships, packages, class schedules, and studio policies clearly and confidently.

  • Handle account updates and administrative tasks with accuracy and care.

  • Proactively solve problems before they escalate — you don't wait to be told twice.

Drive the Business

  • Drive retail sales by genuinely connecting clients with products that fit their goals.

  • Jump in wherever the studio needs you — you're a team player first, always.

  • Stay cool under pressure in a high-energy, client-facing environment.
