About the Role
As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be the first face clients see when they walk into the studio. You’ll help create a warm, elevated, and seamless experience from the moment members arrive.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role perfect for someone who is outgoing, reliable, polished, and excited to grow with a premium fitness brand.
What You’ll Do
Welcome clients with warmth, confidence, and positive energy
Own the client check-in experience and support smooth studio flow
Help first-time clients feel comfortable, informed, and excited for class
Build relationships with members and help foster a strong studio community
Answer questions about memberships, class schedules, packages, and studio policies
Maintain cleanliness and organization across the front desk, lobby, retail, and studio spaces
Support opening, closing, and daily studio operations
Assist with retail sales, account updates, and administrative tasks
Communicate professionally with clients, instructors, and leadership
Represent the Jungle brand with professionalism, hospitality, and energy
Help create a positive, team-oriented environment every shift

Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed
Comfortable learning booking software and studio systems
Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
