We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on Regional Manager ready to lead from the front and make a real impact across multiple studios.
About the Role
This is not a desk job. You’ll be in the studios daily — driving performance, developing teams, and ensuring every member experience reflects our premium brand. As the key link between studio teams and leadership, you’ll solve problems early, coach managers, and keep operations running at a high level.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations across multiple studio locations in Dallas & Fort Worth
Conduct regular in-person studio walkthroughs to assess cleanliness, team readiness, and overall member experience
Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, brand standards, and front desk protocols across all locations
Hold Studio Managers accountable to opening/closing procedures and daily operational excellence
Act as the first escalation point for studio-level issues — resolving quickly and escalating only when necessary
Lead structured weekly check-ins with Studio Managers to review performance, remove blockers, and drive results
Monitor and manage key KPIs including class fill rates, membership retention, scheduling efficiency, and revenue
Coach and develop Studio Managers through direct feedback, performance management, and ongoing support
Support hiring and onboarding of new Studio Managers and front desk leads, ensuring fast ramp to brand standards
Play a key role in new studio openings, including pre-opening setup, staff readiness, training, and launch execution
Partner cross-functionally on opening events and ensure smooth on-the-ground execution
Maintain a strong, visible presence in studios — building trust with both staff and members
Monitor member feedback and proactively address trends before they escalate into issues
Provide weekly reporting to leadership on studio performance, team health, and operational risks
Surface problems early and bring clear, actionable solutions
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years in multi-location operations (fitness, hospitality, or retail preferred)
Proven experience managing, coaching, and holding teams accountable
Strong leadership presence — comfortable on the floor and in strategic conversations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Proactive mindset — you spot issues and act before being asked
Experience with Mindbody, Mariana Tek, or similar platforms is a plus
Based in Dallas with willingness to travel regularly to Fort Worth
