Analyze weekly data and build action plans that actually move the needle
Optimize class schedules based on demand and instructor performance
Manage budgets, payroll, and operational expenses with precision
Provide weekly performance reporting and insights to leadership

Lead the Team

Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop your Front Desk team
Set clear expectations and hold your people accountable — with coaching, not just criticism
Oversee instructor performance, class quality, and schedule effectiveness
Be a consistent, visible presence during peak hours — lead by example

Deliver the Experience

Create a high-touch, consistently elevated member experience at every touchpoint
Jump on member concerns fast and proactively — protect retention before it's a problem
Keep the studio clean, sharp, and on-brand at all times
Build local community relationships that fuel growth

What You'll Need

5+ years of leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail
You have a track record of hitting KPIs and driving real business results
You've coached teams, had tough conversations, and made people better
You're an in-the-building leader — not a delegator hiding behind a desk
You're highly organized and execute with urgency and attention to detail
You thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments
You communicate clearly — with your team and with leadership
Experience with Mariana Tek, Mindbody, or similar platforms is a major plus
You're available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays — this is a studio, not a 9-to-5
