Jungle Studio Fitness is a boutique reformer Pilates and movement brand built on three values: connection, mindfulness, and growth.
Our clients come to us for the workout, but they stay for the experience — the warmth at the front desk, the scent of the lobby, the music that meets them at the door, the feeling that someone has thought about every detail of their hour with us. We're a class-based studio, with reformer Pilates at the core and complementary mat-based programming alongside it.
We are not building a chain. We are building the next generation of boutique fitness — one studio, one shift, one guest at a time. Three studios today, more on the way. The standards we set right now in Fort Worth, Lovers, and Lakewood are the standards every future Jungle will be measured against. Each studio carries the same promise: warm, grounded, elevated. A guest should feel the same Jungle the moment they walk through any of our doors.

The Role.
Front Desk.
At Jungle, the front desk is where the entire experience begins — the scent of the lobby, the music that meets a client at the door, the face that makes them feel like they belong before they've even signed in. This role exists because first impressions are not accidents; they are built, shift by shift, by someone who understands that holding the welcome is one of the most important things we do.
You are not checking people in. You are setting the tone for every class. You are the person a first-timer remembers when they decide to come back, and the familiar face a regular looks for when they walk through the door. You are keeping the studio sharp, turning visitors into community, and solving the small problems before anyone else notices them.
We are looking for someone who is excited to treat hospitality as a craft — someone who lights up around people, takes genuine pride in the details, and wants to grow inside a brand that is building something worth being part of.
- 01THE FIRST IMPRESSIONEvery client, every visit. You greet with warmth and intention — and you make first-timers feel like they've found somewhere they belong.
- 02CHECK-IN AND FLOWYou own the check-in process from open to close, keeping the studio moving with calm precision no matter how full the schedule gets.
- 03LOBBY AND STUDIO STANDARDSFront desk, lobby, retail, restrooms — if a client can see it, it reflects on us. You keep every corner guest-ready, always.
- 04CLIENT COMMUNICATIONMemberships, packages, schedules, policies — you answer questions clearly and confidently, and you handle account updates with care and accuracy.
- 05RETAIL AND SALESYou connect clients with products that genuinely fit their goals. It never feels like a pitch because it never is one.
- 06TEAM AND OPERATIONSYou support opening and closing procedures and step in wherever the studio needs you — no task is beneath you, and no shift ends until the space is right.

- Experience in boutique fitness or hospitalityA studio, gym, spa, or hotel front-of-house background gives you a head start — but the right instincts matter more than the specific setting.
- Familiarity with studio booking platformsMindbody, Pike13, or similar. If you've used one, you'll find your footing faster — but we'll train the right person from scratch.
- Retail or sales experienceYou've recommended products to clients before and you know how to make it feel natural, not transactional.
- A genuine Jungle client perspectiveYou've taken a class, followed the brand, or lived inside this kind of community. You already understand what we're protecting.
