Welcome to Jungle.

Jungle Studio Fitness is a boutique reformer Pilates and movement brand built on three values: connection, mindfulness, and growth.

Our clients come to us for the workout, but they stay for the experience — the warmth at the front desk, the scent of the lobby, the music that meets them at the door, the feeling that someone has thought about every detail of their hour with us. We're a class-based studio, with reformer Pilates at the core and complementary mat-based programming alongside it.

We are not building a chain. We are building the next generation of boutique fitness — one studio, one shift, one guest at a time. Three studios today, more on the way. The standards we set right now in Fort Worth, Lovers, and Lakewood are the standards every future Jungle will be measured against. Each studio carries the same promise: warm, grounded, elevated. A guest should feel the same Jungle the moment they walk through any of our doors.

At Jungle, the Marketing Manager is the person who carries the brand into the world — translating everything we believe about connection, mindfulness, and elevated experience into campaigns, content, and community moments that actually move people. This role exists because the Jungle brand deserves more than visibility; it deserves a voice, and you are the one who shapes that voice across every channel.

You are not sitting at a desk scheduling posts into a void. You are in the studios with your phone out, capturing the energy of a packed class, then back at your laptop building the email journey that turns a first-timer into a loyal member. You are coordinating studio launches, partnering with local businesses, and making sure every piece of content — from a Reel to a promotional flyer — feels unmistakably Jungle.

We are looking for someone who is excited to live inside a brand they genuinely believe in — someone who finds as much satisfaction in a beautifully written subject line as in a piece of content that stops the scroll, and who understands that great marketing, at its core, is just great hospitality.

What You'll Own

    CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA
    You create and execute content across Jungle's social platforms — photo, video, copy, all of it. You're in the studios capturing real moments and back at your desk shaping them into something worth stopping for.

    STUDIO LAUNCHES & CAMPAIGNS
    From grand openings to seasonal promotions, you help bring new and existing locations to life through thoughtful marketing. You coordinate the details so every launch feels considered, not rushed.

    CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS
    Email, SMS, automation — you help build and maintain the journeys that keep our members connected and coming back. You track what's working and make it better.

    COMMUNITY & PARTNERSHIPS
    You identify and coordinate local partnerships, influencer relationships, and community moments that extend the Jungle brand beyond the studio walls. You show up where our clients are.

    EVENTS & POP-UPS
    Workshops, studio events, pop-ups — you support the marketing and execution of experiences that deepen member relationships. Before, during, and after, you make sure the brand shows up right.

    REPORTING & BRAND STANDARDS
    You track campaign performance and share clear, honest updates with studio leadership and the Director of Marketing. You are also the guardian of visual and messaging consistency across every touchpoint.

Our work is about building real experiences and real community — one shift, one guest, one teammate at a time. If you read this and recognize yourself, you're the kind of person we hire.

Must-Haves
  • 2–5 years in marketing or a related field
    Social media, content, communications, brand — any combination counts. We care more about the quality of your instincts than the exact title you've held.
  • Hands-on content creation experience
    You've shot and edited short-form video, written captions that actually land, and built content calendars you were proud of. You're comfortable being the one behind the camera.
  • Strong written communication
    From an email subject line to an Instagram caption to a campaign brief, your writing is clear, warm, and on-brand. You understand that tone is everything.
  • Comfort with email and CRM platforms
    You've worked inside an email marketing tool — Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar — and understand the basics of segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Organized and self-directed
    You manage multiple projects without dropping threads. You know what's due, what's coming, and how to flag when something needs attention before it becomes a problem.
  • Genuine love of fitness, wellness, or hospitality
    You don't have to be a certified instructor, but you need to understand why people walk through our doors and care deeply about the experience they have when they do.
Bonus · Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
    You can put together a polished graphic or promotional asset without waiting on a designer for every request.
  • Boutique fitness or lifestyle brand background
    Studio, wellness, or premium consumer brand experience means you already understand the client relationship we're building toward.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
    You've run or supported paid social campaigns and know how to read the numbers that actually matter.
  • Event coordination experience
    You've helped plan and execute a brand event or pop-up and know how to keep the details from slipping through the cracks.
