Welcome to Jungle.

Jungle Studio Fitness is a boutique reformer Pilates and movement brand built on three values: connection, mindfulness, and growth.

Our clients come to us for the workout, but they stay for the experience — the warmth at the front desk, the scent of the lobby, the music that meets them at the door, the feeling that someone has thought about every detail of their hour with us. We're a class-based studio, with reformer Pilates at the core and complementary mat-based programming alongside it.

We are not building a chain. We are building the next generation of boutique fitness — one studio, one shift, one guest at a time. Three studios today, more on the way. The standards we set right now in Fort Worth, Lovers, and Lakewood are the standards every future Jungle will be measured against. Each studio carries the same promise: warm, grounded, elevated. A guest should feel the same Jungle the moment they walk through any of our doors.

At Jungle, the Regional Manager is the connective tissue between our studios and the leadership team — the person who holds the brand together across every location, every shift, every member interaction. As we expand across Dallas, Fort Worth, and Temple and prepare for new openings in 2026, this role sits at the center of how we grow and what we become.

You are not managing from a distance. You are in the studios — walking the floor before the first class, coaching managers through real feedback, and making sure the warmth a member feels the moment they step through the door is never an accident. You own performance across multiple locations, act on what the numbers are telling you before anyone has to ask, and lead new studio launches from pre-opening setup through day-one execution.

We are looking for someone who is excited to build something — a leader who spots the problem before it surfaces, brings the solution before it's requested, and understands that the standard only holds when someone is genuinely committed to keeping it.

    MULTI-STUDIO PERFORMANCE
    Class fill rates, membership retention, scheduling efficiency, revenue — you watch the numbers across every location and move quickly when something needs attention.

    OPERATIONAL STANDARDS
    From opening procedures to front desk protocols, you ensure every studio runs to the same high standard — consistently, not occasionally.

    MANAGER COACHING & GROWTH
    You lead structured weekly check-ins with Studio Managers, give direct feedback, and develop the people who carry the Jungle experience forward every day.

    THE MEMBER EXPERIENCE
    You monitor feedback, walk the studios with fresh eyes, and make sure every touchpoint — from the scent of the lobby to the energy at the front desk — reflects what Jungle promises.

    NEW STUDIO LAUNCHES
    You play a hands-on role in every opening: staff readiness, training, pre-launch setup, and on-the-ground execution from day one.

    REPORTING & ESCALATION
    You surface issues early, bring clear solutions to leadership, and act as the first point of resolution for anything that comes up at the studio level.

Must-Haves
  • Multi-location operations experience
    Three to five or more years managing operations across multiple sites in fitness, hospitality, retail, or a similarly hands-on environment. You've held accountability for more than one location at a time and know what that rhythm actually demands.
  • A track record of leading and developing people
    You've managed and coached teams — not just supervised them. You know how to give feedback that lands, hold a standard without losing trust, and develop someone into a stronger version of themselves.
  • Comfort owning performance metrics
    You've worked with KPIs before and know how to read what the data is telling you, communicate it clearly to leadership, and take action without waiting to be prompted.
  • A proactive, solutions-first approach
    You spot issues before they become problems and arrive with a clear point of view on how to fix them. You don't need to be asked twice, and you don't bring noise without a path forward.
  • Dallas-based with regular travel availability
    This role covers studios in Dallas, Fort Worth, and Temple, with more locations coming. You're comfortable being on the road regularly and understand that this role lives in the studios, not behind a desk.
  • Fluency with studio management platforms
    Experience with Mindbody, Mariana Tek, or a comparable platform. You use tools like these to track performance and support day-to-day operations, not just to check a box.
Bonus · Nice-to-Haves
  • New studio opening experience
    You've been part of a launch before — pre-opening setup, staff training, or day-one execution. You know how much goes into getting a location ready and how to stay calm when it counts.
  • Background in boutique fitness or wellness
    Studio, gym, or class-based concept — as an operator, manager, or even a deeply engaged team member. You understand the culture and what makes this kind of brand different.
  • Experience hiring and onboarding front-of-house teams
    You've built a team from scratch or helped ramp a new hire quickly to brand standard. You know what to look for and how to set someone up to succeed from day one.
